El Pais Mas Feliz Del Mundo

A corrupt mayor and his assistant embark on a journey in search of a dead man to inaugurate the town's newly built cemetery, before the end of his term. On the way they are scammed, extorted and humiliated by the living who only care about the "What's in it for me? So these two characters will discover that corruption seems to permeate every house, every workshop and every institution in Colombia.
